Theorize won the day. Both the Theorize Cabernet Sauvignon and the Theorize Chardonnay will be rotated into our new wine menu starting this weekend. The Theorize Sauvignon Blanc is already one of our best sellers. All three are Napa Valley wines.
Jolete' Cabernet Sauvignon and Credo Chardonnay also make their debuts on the Cut Foil wine list this weekend. Credo is made by Stellenbosch Vineyards in South Africa. The Jolete' Cab. is a product of Summit View Vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley in Washington State.
Thanks to everyone who attended and participated wholeheartedly in our blind-tasting and helped curate our new rotating wine menu. We listened to your feedback and learned. You told us you enjoyed the casual setting and the opportunity to try some new wines but also mingle and visit. And we are also working on a more streamlined wine notes card to help you choose your favorites.
The next Wine Select Club Tasting is scheduled for Thursday, October 3rd from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. If you have signed up for the Cut Foil newsletter or joined the Facebook Closed Group, you will have early access to tickets. Look for an email from Eventbrite or check the Facebook Group on Monday, September 23rd. Remaining tickets will be released to the public on Wednesday.
